Perilla’s Monday Night Gypsy Brewer Series Continues in July w/ Stillwater Artisanal Ales
Perilla’s Monday Night Gypsy Brewer Series continues on July 2nd and every Monday thereafter in July with a tasting menu paired around a selection of our friend Brian Strumke’s Stillwater Artisanal Ales. Like June’s featured brewery, Evil Twin, Stillwater is brewed in various locations around the world. In 2010, Strumke traded one passion for another when he left his career as an international D.J. to bring his homebrew to the masses. Since then, Stillwater has become something of a cult phenom among craft beer fans. We’re also a big fan of Chef/Owner Harold Dieterle and what he’s done at Perilla and Kin Shop. These pairing dinners are a great opportunity to experience top-notch, artisanally-inspired food and beer from two individuals who are taking their respective craft to the next level. $60 per person. Reservations strongly encouraged.
