Kibo Now Offering Omakase-Style Menu for $59
Chefs Joel Robuchon and Boo Lim (formerly of Sushi of Gari) have designed a new omakase-style menu at kibo (111 E 18th St; @KiboNYC) featuring some of their favorite dishes throughout the menu like the king salmon tartare with crispy egg and cucumber yogurt, the miso glazed cod with roasted eggplant, and the braised short ribs with pickled carrots and daikon. The menu is $59, available for dinner, and features dishes from five areas of the menu.
