Brooklyn’s Char No. 4 Hosts Wednesday Night BBQ’s All Summer

Published by Andy at 8:19 am under Insane Deals

As we’re all recovering from Memorial Day Weekend bbq’s and partying, here’s some good bbq news.  Char No. 4 (196 Smith Street b/n Baltic and Warren), the whiskey bar and restaurant in Carroll Gardens that boasts over 150 American whiskeys as well as some damn fine lamb pastrami, smoked brisket and chopped pork, is hosting a Barbeque every Wednesday night between now and Labor day.  For less than the price of a Black Label Burger at Minetta Tavern, you get 3 smoked meats, 2 sides, 1 ounce of bourbon and a draft beer ($24).
