Whether your looking for a champagne brunch or a multi-course dinner to share with Mom, NYC restaurants are rolling out some great menus and deals.  Many restaurants are offering complimentary mimosas, Bloody Marys, and champagne for Mom.  So get on the horn early ’cause May 9th will be here before ya know it.

Agua Dulce: This Hell’s Kitchen pan-Latin is offering a $35 three-course brunch for the holiday featuring dishes like salmon citrus ceviche. Everyone receives a complimentary glass of champagne (11 AM–5 PM; 212-262-1299)

Aleo: Mom’s entree is free with the purchase of entree of equal or higher value. Purchase any drink, Mom gets her drink free.  (212-691-8136)

Aquavit: Offering the Scandinavian smorgasbord brunch for $60 that we hear comes with a free glass of champagne (not just for Mom, either) and also offering a special Mother’s Day menu for dinner. (212-307-7311)

At Vermilion: This Midtown East Nuevo Latino–Indian import from Chicago is going all out for the holiday with a six-course, six country, two continent Mother’s Day meal for $55 per adult ($90 with wine pairing). All mothers will be treated to one of At Vermilion’s signature “herb & spice” Champagne fizzes, choice of blueberry cardamom, jalapeno cilantro orprickly-pear ginger (brunch noon–3 PM, dinner 5–10 PM; $55 per person, $105 with wine pairings; 212-871-6600).

Atlantic Grill: On Sunday honor your mother at Atlantic Grill & receive a complimentary cocktail with brunch entree. Here’s the Mother’s Day menu. (212-988-9200)

Aureole: Offering a three-course prix fixe for mom that includes a diver sea scallop “sandwich” with seared foie gras, sugar snap peas, passion fruit and chives; Alaskan halibut with spring vegetables; and desserts like a dark-and-stormy sundae.  Also, all Mom’s will receive a special gift – last year it was a complimentary glass of champagne (noon–8 PM; $95 per person; 212-319-1660)

Inside Park at St. Bart’s:  Step inside St. Bartholomew’s church for a Polynesian feast complete with whole roast suckling pig, banana leaf and lemongrass-roasted mahi mahi, along with tropical drinks and leis galore (11 AM–3 PM; $39 per person; moms get a free drink from the tiki bar; $22 per child; 212-593-3333).

JoeDoe: Offering a slew of special brunch dishes (like the $13 “Momma D’s egg salad” on toasted rye with bacon and salsa) as well as a $35 garden tasting menu for dinner that includes dishes like corn custard with bacon and lobster, cold fried chicken and a seasonal shortcake.  Lets just hope that Joe Dobias treats your Mom nicer than he does food bloggers. The Garden Café Restaurant at the Kitano Hotel: Offering a Mother’s Day brunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  This year, the restaurant has extended an invitation to all Moms to dine complimentary with their families.
