May 5th: Austria Uncorked on the Tribeca Rooftop

The Austrian Wine Marketing Board and the Austrian Trade Commission are hosting Austria Uncorked, an unlimited wine tasting featuring wines from more than 100 Austrian wineries at Tribeca Rooftop, May 5th from 6 to 9 pm.  The food lineup is pretty amazing and features tastes from Wallsé, Maze, Seasonal Restaurant, Aldea Restaurant, Klee Brasserie, BLT Prime, 10 Downing Food & Wine, Salumeria Rosi and Telepan NY.  Proceeds from the event will benefit GrowNYC’s “Learn It, Grow It, Eat It” program, a local education program which empowers teens to take control of their health through hands-on gardening, nutrition education, outreach, and managing a community farm-stand.  They’re generously offering our Readers $10 off the regular $55 admission price by using the Code: AUSTRIANYC when purchasing tickets here:  Join us for some great wines, delicious food and good company.  $45 is pretty much a steal for an all you can eat and drink event like this!  You are guaranteed not to leave sober or hungry.  The Tribeca Roof Top is located at 2 Desbrosses Street, New York, NY 10013.

UPDATE: The discount code is “AUSTRIANYC” and not “AUSTRIANNYC”.  Thanks to Maureen for pointing that out in the comments!  Also, it appears that if you are looking to buy more than 1 ticket, that you need to do so in separate orders since it will only take off $10 from the entire order.

    fyi – it takes $10 off your order, not per ticket (if you have more than 1)!

    Sorry for the confusion! Thanks Maureen for pointing out that the code is “AUSTRIANYC” and not “AUSTRIANNYC”. I messed that up.

    Jeff- the coupon should be good until tickets sell out. i’m contacting the event coordinator to confirm this.

    Maureen- not sure why it doesn’t take off $10 from every ticket when you buy more than 1 in the same order. i guess you have to purchase separately. sorry ’bout that!
