So, this is one of those deals that’s already a great deal even before the coupon.  Every Thursday evening, Philip Marie (659 Hudson at W. 11th) offers a 4-course wine and food pairing for between $25-$32 (depends on wine selection).  Each pour amounts to about 1/2 a glass of wine and the food courses are typically 2 small plate appetizers and 2 small portion entrees.  Today, The Dealist is offering this four-course wine and food pairing for just $20/person.  Visit here for all the details. The menu changes every Thursday and you can call ahead to find out what’s on the menu.  We called last week and they were offering the following four pairings: #1 Tuna Sashimi w/ Sancerre; #2 Scallops w/ Rosé); #3 Beet Risotto w Prosciutto w/ Pinot Noir; #4 Pulled Pork w/ Shiraz.
