Wined & Dined is off to Portugal, Saúde!

With special thanks to ViniPortugal, Andy and I are off to Lisbon, Portugal for the 2009 European Wine Bloggers Conference where we’ll meet winemakers, wine writers, marketers, retailers, and distributors from around the world and where the focus will be on “The Future of the Social Wine Brand.”  We are especially excited for a grand tasting with the Douro Boys and a trip to the Douro Valley, for a wine tasting and dinner at the famed restaurant Eleven, for an Alentejo vineyard trip, and to explore Lisbon and taste some amazing Portuguese wines.  We hope to report back with some great value Portuguese wine suggestions and with lots of good stories.

    hope you made it back to NYC safe & sound. Great times in Portugal, Christine and I really enjoyed meeting you both. Don’t be strangers if you happen to be in/around Munich and keep on keepin’ ON!

    The food was definitely worth it in Lisbon, specially together with a stunning view on Lisbon or the Alentejo Vinyards!
