Just received the following note from Matsuri in our inbox: On November 5th from 6-8pm, Matsuri is hosting a FREE SAKE TASTING NIGHT in partnership with the Daiei Trading Company. Try different types of Sakes from all over Japan, learn sake terminology, origins, food pairings, and discover your Japanese palette. Guests will have a chance to win a Dinner for 2 at Matsuri based off a “Daiei Sake Score Card” in their sake tastings. A small lecture will kick off the event to an evening of sake and conversation with the brewers.
