We hit up the final MADCrush pop-up wine bar of the year last night at the Museum of Arts and Design. Chef Damian Sansonetti was on hand and serving up some snacks from Bar Boulud. We tried the Gougères with Housemade Pastrami and the Berkshire Pork Rinds. We also found out about a new $29 ‘Tastings for 2′ Happy Hour deal Bar Boulud is offering daily from 5-6pm and again after 10pm. At the long bar or tasting table you can get a cheese, charcuterie or dessert tasting + 2 glasses of wine for $29. Sounds like a great idea if you find yourself a bit peckish after a Lincoln Center event. (1900 Broadway at 64th St; 212-595-0303).
