Update: Additional Details for Bon Appetit Supper Club & Cafe

We told you earlier about Bon Appetit’s tweet announcing the location and dates for the 2009 Bon Appetit Supper Club & Cafe pop-up restaurant. Well GrubStreet has since found a source of additional details on the BA Supper Club — the BA Foodist Blog. We now know that the Supper Club Cafe & Market will be open for lunch 11am-3pm from September 21-25 at 101 West 57th Street at 6th Avenue (The Buckingham Hotel’s address) and will have al fresco dining. We also know that each day that week celeb chefs will prepare dishes for a menu of 3 soups, 4 salads, 5 sandwiches, 7 desserts and 1 daily special.

Participating Chefs: José Andrés, Mario Batali, Rick Bayless, Cat Cora, Tom Douglas, Emeril Lagasse, Gina DePalma, Renato Poliafito and Matt Lewis, Nancy Olson, Alex Stupak
Dishes Include: Jose’s JLT with Jamon Serrano and Manchego (José Andrés), Finocchi e Tarocchi: Shaved Fennel, Blood Oranges, Pecorino, Pomegranates (Mario Batali), Rub with Love King Salmon Sandwich (Tom Douglas), Shrimp
Etouffee (Emeril Lagasse), Venetian Apple Cake (Gina DePalma), Chocolate Whoopie Pie (Nancy Olson)
