I am a 19year old foreign student in NYC and – if there are any – some suggestions on free food that comes with a non alcohol drink for those under 21 would be great. Thanks!

DIVE BAR has DISCONTINUED it’s free wings on your birthday. Which is fine, because they do not deserve your business anyways. I went there last night (Nov 23rd 2009)

I can’t believe you didn’t list the best free bar food ever — Balthazar’s in SoHo! At 5pm every weekday, they bring out plates of olives, tiers of hard-boiled eggs, and parmesan crisps!

Also, Les Halles on Park Ave S offers fresh house-fried crispy waffled potato chips starting at 5pm.
