In celebration of California Wine Month, several renowned California winemakers will descend upon three of Danny Meyer’s restaurants on September 15th for some special wine pairing dinners. There will be a four-course dinner at The Modern (including a California cheese course) paired with 8 wines from Napa Valley, Mendocino, Amador County, and Lodi. There will be a three-course dinner at Eleven Madison Park (including a California cheese course) paired with 8 wines from Sonoma and Santa Barbara. Finally, there will be a three-course dinner at Tabla (including a California cheese course) paired with 8 wines from Pasa Robles and Monterey. Guests will get to meet and mingle with vintners from the Wine Institute and growers from the California Association of Winegrape Growers, which is supporting the promotion.
