Even though they’re booked through the end of the year and getting a reservation for 2010 will be nigh impossible (they will get more than 100,000 reservation requests on the first day they begin accepting reservations),  at least we can get a glimpse of what the lucky few will be experiencing this season at elBulli (check out the menu from July 15th by clicking on the image to the left or after the jump) Equally as fascinating as the menu, however, is elBulli’s new online wine list.
